Wesley Clark

Director of Processing and Technology Operations, Dairy Farmers of America

Wesley Clark’s experience in the dairy industry spans 32 years. In his current role as Director of Operations, Processing and Technology, Wesley is responsible for dryer technology for the powder division and oversees plant operations for four of DFA’s plants, including its new ingredients facility in Garden City, Kan. Wesley was instrumental in developing the plan to help with commissioning the Garden City plant and facilitating staff training. With DFA since 2012, Wesley also led the construction and management of their milk drying facility in Fallon, Nev., including team training. Prior to this, he managed and constructed milk and whey drying plants in various parts of the country, including a mozzarella permeate dryer in Idaho.
