Mark Laven is the VP of Supply for Diageo. In this role he oversees all supply operations for Diageo’s Plainfield Campus, producing over 35 million cases of adult beverages such as Smirnoff, Captain Morgan, Bulleit Bourbon and Crown Royal. He has been with Diageo for over 15 years, with various positions and locations with the majority of his time being VP of Operations for the spirits businesses in Canada, California and most recently in Plainfield, IL. Outside of spirits, Mark oversaw supply strategy and worked in the wine division as VP of viticulture, S&D planning, engineering and governance. His technical background is supported by degrees in Food Science and Chemistry from the University of Guelph and the Canadian Institute in Management from the University of Waterloo, both in Canada.
