Eric Patton is a Sr. Vice President of Clemens Food Group, headquartered in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. Mr. Patton joined the Clemens Food Group in 2009 and has held various roles in the technical, sales and operations departments of the organization. In his current role, Mr. Patton leads the Operations, Maintenance and Food Safety and Quality departments of the corporation. Additionally, beginning in 2014, Mr. Patton led a team to construct a greenfield fresh pork processing facility in Coldwater, Michigan, which began operations in September of 2017.
Prior to joining Clemens, Mr. Patton worked 22 years in the poultry industry with the Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation holding various leadership positions in the turkey and chicken operations of the company. Mr. Patton also spent nearly a decade in the quality division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture working in the Northeast.
