Editor-in-Chief Joyce Fassl has covered the food and beverage processing industry for over 20 years, and was most recently Editor-in-Chief of Food Engineering. In addition to her responsibilities as chief editor, Fassl was program director for Food Engineering’s Food Automation & Manufacturing Conference. As the new ProFood World Editor-in-Chief, Joyce will cover news, trends, products and technologies in food safety, automation, processing, packaging, material handling and sustainability for food and beverage processing professionals. Joyce will also continue as a well-respected speaker and moderator for various food processing events.
