Joyce Fassl is a well-known and respected journalist in the food and beverage manufacturing field, where she has spent most of her 30+ year career. In addition to her role as chief editor of ProFood World, Joyce is program director for the biennial ProFood Live conference, produces Joyce’s Voice weekly e-newsletter, and conducts ProFood World’s annual Manufacturing Innovations Awards and Sustainability Excellence in Manufacturing Awards. Before joining ProFood World, she was Editor in Chief of Food Engineering magazine for nearly two decades. Her expertise is in creating dynamic print and online content, building top-notch editorial teams, curating conference programs and hosting live events. Joyce holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Penn State University.
