Tom François is the owner and CEO of Ateliers Hermes Boissons, a French based co-packer with a long track record in the dairy and chilled juice market. The site was formerly owned by the PepsiCo group and is still a co-packer for the Tropicana and Gazpacho Alvalle brands. Together with his team, Tom has led the repositioning of the company on the HPP market. Before that, he worked as a consultant in various industries on transformational projects. He graduated from INSEAD and ESCP Europe.
